Question: I want to unsubscribe from the GNM Newsletter. How is this done?

Answer 1: You can do so by selecting the geographical region where you subscribed, enter your email address in the next screen and press UNSUBSCRIBE. You will need to confirm this request in an email link that we will send to you.

Answer 2: You can also send us a quick email with the details and we will take care of your request.

Question: I don't want to completely unsubscribe - I just want to change my email address.

Answer 1: Should you wish to change your subscription email address, you can do so by selecting the geographical region where you subscribed, enter your old email address and press UNSUBSCRIBE. You will need to confirm this request in an email link that we will send to you. When you have confirmed this intent (having clicked on CONFIRM in the email we sent to you), come back to the subscription page for your geographical region and do a brand new subscription using your new email address. A request for confirmation will be emailed to you and when you click on that confirmation link, your change of email address is complete.

Answer 2: You can also send us a quick email with the details and we will take care of your request.

Question: I received more than one copy of the GNM Newsletter in my mailbox. Why?

Answer 1: People change their e-mail address - for various reasons - but they don't always remember to unsubscribe (delete) their old address from the GNM Newsletter subscription system.
 
The solution is simple...

Please go to the subscription page for the area where you live, click on the "here" link in "To unsubscribe, just click here ...", enter your email address in the next page, enter the Security code and click on the UNSUBSCRIBE button. An email will be sent to you asking you to confirm your intentions.

Or you could send us an email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line and specify the region where you live in the body of the email. We will confirm your unsubscription.

Question: I subscribed to the German New Medicine Newsletter but it seems that I don't get any. Why?

Answer 1: People sometimes misspell their e-mail address. To make absolutely sure that this GNM News Subscription is your intent, we send a message to the e-mail address you provided in your subscription so that you can click on the confirming link to accept the subscription. If you did not get this e-mail from our system, please go back to the page where you subscribed (in the geographical region you had used to initially sign up) and enter your data again. All fields are required. The system checks your e-mail address to see if there is a duplicate one in our system. If so, then you get this message: "You have already subscribed!" and that's proof that you are indeed "in the system".

Possible Answer 2: If you still don't feel that you are either confirmed or unsubscribed, as the case might be, then simply drop us a line using our contact page.

Question: So, I subscribed - what do you do with my e-mail address?

Answer: We only use it to send you periodic "GNM News and Notices" of upcoming German New Medicine events, both in Canada, USA and Europe but that's all. We do not sell, loan or otherwise use or misuse your information. So, please feel free to give your real name and location. It is safe with us! Please consult our privacy policy.

Question: I read all of the above but still receive the newsletter more than once - help!

Answer: Do not despair! There are always reasons. A note to us using our contact page will get you fast and proper help. Don't unsubscribe in frustration - this GNM information is too precious to ignore. Let us know your difficulty and we will handle it to your satisfaction. Thanks.
